Which comes first?

Fear or procrastination? I’ve discovered the two are related.  There’s a book I’m trying to write between books, if that makes sense. I turned in a manuscript then signed a contract last week for the second book in the series and plan to begin writing on that in September. So, I had a month–A MONTH–to work on my big project.
